When the normal iPhone Logic Board removal steps need adjusting
Most of the projects which require the replacement of mobile phone parts are going to be easily achieved when you have the right tools and follow the proper steps. The right sizes of screw drivers for example are an important aspect for gaining access to the iPhone logic board, and the steps this process takes are typically going to be the same in most instances. There have been situations though were faulty smartphone cases that were cracked or shattered actually required some extra effort in order to remove them, and not damage the logic board or any other parts which were still good. Some of these instances require a special effort just to remove the screws.
We have seen broken iPhones which people have already tried to dismantle, and only got so far before they gave up, leaving the device in an in between state. Sometimes the screws will have literally been stripped and still in need of removal. In some cases this required getting a small drill bit to take care of this but the possibility of damaging the logic board makes this less than ideal. However in other instances we have been able to cut, or pry the case on specific locations on the case where the other screws have been removed. This is typically going to ruin the existing case, which is not a big deal if it has already been cracked.
Since the process of gaining access to the iPhone logic board is limited in steps, as when compared to a laptop computer for example, there is generally no need to vary from the normal steps necessary to accomplish this, but when it does, just try to assess the condition of the surrounding parts. This type of creative thinking and adjustment to broken cell phone situations should help you get these kinds of projects completed when they do arise.
